Mr. Muqadas Ali Magsi is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in finance, auditing, management, international trade, and diplomacy. He offers a unique blend of expertise from both the public and private sectors.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Magsi has held leadership positions showcasing his strategic financial management capabilities. He started his career at the Pakistan Audit & Accounts, worked as an Officer for the Punjab government, and contributed to the World Bank’s Project to Improve Financial Reporting & Auditing (PIFRA). In the private sector, he has held senior roles such as Projects Coordinator to Middle East & Africa, Country Head to Iraq, and Regional Head for Central Asia, managing over 40 projects globally at the Isolatek International who is Leader in Advancing Passive Fireproofing Technology in high rises, airports, oil, and gas industries. He is a founder/CEO of HH brother Pvt Ltd, managing international trade of petroleum and food commodities globally.

Mr. Magsi possesses strong academic credentials, including a master’s degree in commerce and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the United States. Demonstrating his expertise, Mr. Magsi has been appointed as the Honorary Consul of Papua New Guinea to Pakistan by the Parliament and Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea. Additionally, Mr. Magsi founded Global Carbon Exchange (GCE) – a Singapore-based company operating a global platform to facilitate the voluntary carbon market. GCE efficiently connects buyers and sellers of carbon credits worldwide, striving to mitigate climate change through innovative, market-driven solutions for governments.

Furthermore, he provides advisory services to governments in designing Jurisdictional and Nested REDD+ (JNR) Framework projects compliant with the Verified Carbon Standard. This helps entities with forest-related emission reduction activities integrate their efforts into national and regional climate goals.

Fiza Muqadas is a businesswoman and mother of two young children. After completing her Bachelor’s in Zoology, she gained over 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry managing international operations.
HH Brothers, a food commodity trading company, appointed Mrs. Muqadas as Director in 2019 and the company is one of Pakistan’s leading food commodity traders. Her experience in petroleum and food commodities along with her family role makes Mrs. Muqadas a role model for aspiring women entrepreneurs.
